kuvka Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of kuvka, including the app, public profiles, community features, prediction tools, premium features, and related services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kuvka, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure.
You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is fake, abusive, misleading, or used to break the rules.

What kuvka Provides

kuvka offers football match tracking, team and city information, public prediction features, community tools, and optional premium features. Some features may change over time, be delayed, or be unavailable in certain regions or builds.

Predictions, Leaderboards, and Premium Features

The core prediction challenge is intended to be free to enter unless kuvka clearly states otherwise in the official rules for a future event.
Premium features may offer convenience, deeper data, alerts, archives, or ad-free use, but should not grant competition advantages unless explicitly disclosed in official rules.
Leaderboard positions, revealed picks, and public prediction history may be displayed to other users as part of kuvka's transparency features.

Prize Promotions and Verification

If kuvka offers a sponsor-funded prize, that promotion may have separate official rules, eligible territories, age requirements, verification steps, and deadlines.
kuvka may require identity, age, residency, address, tax, or account-control verification before awarding a prize.
kuvka may retain prediction submission history, review notes, and reasonable integrity signals needed to investigate fraud, duplicate-account abuse, or prize eligibility concerns.
A provisional winner may be disqualified if kuvka reasonably determines that the account is fake, duplicated, automated, ineligible, or otherwise non-compliant with the official rules.
Premium purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features must not improve prize odds unless kuvka clearly and lawfully publishes that structure in separate official rules.

User Content and Public Features

You keep ownership of content you create, such as posts or profile details, but you grant kuvka a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe the rights of others.

Rules of Conduct

Do not cheat, manipulate scores or leaderboards, scrape the service, farm fake accounts, or interfere with the competition or community.
Do not create or control multiple accounts for the purpose of influencing predictions, badges, invites, or prize eligibility.
Do not use bots, scripts, emulators, or other automation to submit predictions, create accounts, or manipulate community engagement.
Do not post unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, infringing, sexual, violent, or spam content.
Do not attempt unauthorized access to kuvka systems, accounts, data, or third-party integrations.

Third-Party Services and Data

kuvka may rely on third-party data, app stores, authentication providers, payment partners, and football data services. We are not responsible for outages, errors, delays, policy changes, or data inaccuracies caused by those third parties.

Intellectual Property

kuvka, its branding, app design, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the service without permission.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed kuvka to legal, operational, or security harm.

Disclaimers

kuvka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect data accuracy, bug-free operation, or that predictions, insights, or third-party information will be complete or correct.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, kuvka and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

Changes and Interpretation

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of kuvka after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

If a specific competition or promotion has separate official rules, those official rules control to the extent they conflict with these general Terms.
